Reservations

Shorter and longer rental periods may be available on request and subject to availability. Discounts may be available for longer rental periods and repeat bookings.

25% of rental due is required to secure the booking; the balance of the amount due is required 8 weeks before your holiday begins.

An accidental damages deposit of £100 will be required with your final balance payment. We reserve the right to make a deduction up to the full value of the deposit to repair or replace any items damaged or broken during your stay. Please let us know of any breakages or damage immediately so that we can make the necessary arrangements to repair or replace before the next guests arrive. 

The apartment will be cleaned before you arrive and again after you leave. You will need to keep the apartment clean during your stay.

Please do not detach the energy saver from the front door key ring. The energy saver must not be left in the cradle if there is no-one in the apartment. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in additional charges being made.

Insurance – guests are reminded that their personal belongings are not covered by the owners insurance and are therefore at their own risk whilst in or about the apartment.

Arrival and departure times – guests should let us know their approximate arrival and departure times. Arrivals should not generally be earlier than 3.00pm and departures not later than 10.00am on the designated lettings dates.

Private transfers to and from Antalya airport can be arranged in advance of your holiday. Typical prices are approx £80 for a return transfer for up to 4 people. Please let us know if you require this service when you make your reservation and we will confirm the price and make the necessary arrangements for you.
